Housing Commission

The Housing Commission includes elected representatives that fill the roles of the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson, Elder, 3 Commission Members, Chief and Portfolio Councillor.

The Housing Commission’s roles and responsibilities include:

  • Updating and developing Policies/Procedures
  • Tenant application form intake
  • Administer and oversee RECN Housing Program
  • A quorum of this commission shall meet on the first Tuesday of each month.

Tenant Responsibilities

 Any person who lives in a RECN unit (INAC) or RECN Rental Unit (CMHC) has certain responsibilities, which must be adhered to for tenants to occupy and/or continue to occupy a unit.
